Owh..I stumbled upon my old letters...from my late dad...in one of those, sth caught my attention.. it was his reply towards my asking about marriage..
He wrote :-
SELF SACRIFICE AND FORBEARANCE ARE
THE PASSWORDS TO HAPPINESS IN MARRIED LIFE.
and later..to my surprise, when I googled, I found a short but precise elaboration the phrase itself... owh my..owh my..
Self sacrifice and forebearance are the cardinal virtues on which married happiness revolves.
Considering this matter, Self-sacrifice and forbearance are representative of the religion that we profess very assuredly.
They head a big family of new virtues, economy, sobriety and steadiness in social relations and patience and sweetness of temper in private relations.
There will be no friction between husband and wife who practice them, and absence of friction means that the machinery is running smoothly.

I am in love with scones currently..had tried several times baking them but so far, they didn't turn out quite right...he..he..
After several scones during our recent outing in Cameron Highlands..I must say.... this is going to be my hobby..and I shall..and I will try to make them perfect..who knows.. perhaps..the idea shall turn into some small business for humble me... All the luck..And wishing merry Christmas to all celebrating it...Happy new year too....
